Shayne Saskiw was born and raised in the farming
heartland of Two Hills, Alberta and regularly volunteers
his time to projects in the area.
Shayne received his Bachelor of Laws Degree (with
Distinction) from the University of Alberta. Shayne
received many academic awards including the George
Bligh O'Conner Silver Medal in Law (for second highest
academic standing in his graduating class) and the Dean's
Citation in Law.
Following graduation, Shayne served as a Law Clerk at the Tax Court of Canada in Ottawa. During his time in Ottawa, he worked with various Tax Court Judges assisting them in reviewing and researching pleadings as well as providing legal memorandum prior to the Tax Court Trials. It is this experience that makes Shayne invaluable to clients when they require Tax Court representation.
